Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on 777xp5 at any time. Duplicate accounts, whether registered under the same name, same CNIC, same device, same IP address, or same payment method, are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777xp5 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets and transactions across those accounts, and permanently bar the individual from re-registering. Any winnings generated across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture in their entirety.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777xp5 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 777xp5 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
In the event that you become aware of, or have reason to suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your login credentials, you must notify 777xp5 immediately by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of such notification, 777xp5 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account, including temporary suspension pending identity re-verification. 777xp5 shall not be liable for losses incurred prior to receiving written notification of the security breach.
777xp5 reserves the right to request full KYC documentation from any Account holder at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of a valid CNIC or passport; a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address; and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with the 777xp5 Privacy Policy.
777xp5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. 777xp5 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the payment method must match the registered Account holder's name exactly.
The minimum deposit on 777xp5 is Rs. 100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although 777xp5 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion or in accordance with responsible gaming obligations. Bonus Funds credited to an Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn as real money. Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be wagered at least thirty (30) times before a withdrawal request will be approved. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable international gaming regulatory framework under which 777xp5 operates. In the event of any dispute between a Player and 777xp5, the Player must first submit a formal complaint to the 777xp5 customer support team. 777xp5 commits to providing a written response to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body under 777xp5's applicable gaming licence framework.
